This morning I had a croissant with a Western egg (a “folded” egg with onions and red and green bell peppers), sausage patty and cheese. It was beautiful to look at and just as delicious as it looked. Don’t want sausage?....have ham or bacon or chorizo. Don’t like croissants?....have an English muffin or toast or bagel. Don’t like “folded” eggs?....have a fried egg, cooked over-easy or to any level of yolkiness you prefer. Made fresh while you wait (or call ahead and it’ll be ready for pickup) and all for under $5-. What a treat to live in Henniker and have such a great breakfast available any morning I want.February 03, 2017
